Our New Schedule: May and August Programs are “Trading Places”
Charlotte Angotti – who was scheduled to lead our May program and workshop – has unfortunately broken her ankle. She is currently recovering from surgery and will need to be off her feet for six weeks. Charlotte…. we wish you a speedy recovery!
Charlotte….and her program and Mystery Quilt workshop…. are now scheduled for August 18th and 19th. If you signed up for the workshop and are not able to attend on August 19th, please let us know so that any money paid can be refunded.
For the May meeting, we will host our annual Schoolhouse program. The Schoolhouse program is an opportunity for us to teach and learn new (or new to us!) quilting related skills. There will be a few teachers who will each present a short “lesson” (about 10 minutes long). Students will rotate in small groups from teacher to teacher. It’s always a fun evening of learning and laughing together. If you have a technique that you would like to share, let Rex Shrauner or Nancy Gengler know.
Thanks everyone for your understanding about the schedule change….and Happy Quilting!
Be sure to go to our Gallery to see the quilts our Beginner's Piecing Class made. They're beautiful!
